Convention Information
Due to construction, FOR ALL ACCESS to the Westin, use this address to enter through the Valet Parking entrance, explained below:

The 2025 NAME National Convention will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio, August 14–17, 2025. The convention hotel is The Westin – Cincinnati, directly south of Fountain Square at 21 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202. To call the hotel directly, dial 513-621-7700 and stay on the line to speak to the front desk.
IMPORTANT: The city has unexpectedly started roadwork and renovations at the parking garage beneath the Westin. Because of this, the street entrance to the garage is currently unavailable. Instead, please use the Valet Parking entrance to access the garage and follow all posted signs. DO NOT park in front of the hotel to unload your belongings! Instead, park in the garage and unload from your parking space.
Parking at the front entrance will create traffic jams and prevent others from reaching the garage. Please be considerate and follow these guidelines so everyone can get unpacked quickly and smoothly without causing issues for others who might not to be able to enter the parking garage. Things to keep in mind:
- The parking garage is owned by the city, not the hotel. Please remember not to take out any frustrations on hotel staff, as they have no control over the situation.
- The garage has elevators for your convenience.
- The hotel lobby is located on the 2nd floor. You’ll need your keycard to access any floor above the 2nd. Please park in garage, check in at the front desk, and then return to your vehicle to unload.
- To enter the garage, drive through the Valet Parking area. This does not mean you’ll be charged for valet parking—unless you choose to have your car parked by the valet.
You must be a NAME member to attend the entire convention; however, you can attend one of the public days without a NAME membership.

Public Day
If you are not a NAME member but want to attend the convention, you can attend during the public days (Saturday, August 16th and Sunday, August 17th). You’ll be able to visit the Sales Room, Exhibit Room, and participate in Youth Activities. Either a Day Pass or a Public Day ticket will get you in. The free Youth Activity is to create a miniature Ice Cream Stand—the kids will love it!
It promises to be a fun day enjoying a mini version of the miniature delights of the Convention! While there, soak up the ambiance of Fountain Square and take a free streetcar ride on the Connector. Come on down!
