Monthly meetings
We meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 7 pm at the Kenwood Fellowship Church.
Meetings last ~1.5 to 2 hours and include a formal business meeting, member Show & Tell, and either a presentation or a hands-on program.
You can learn more about our meetings here.

Annual events
In addition to our monthly meetings, we have special member-only events to celebrate our club. These include:
- Summer picnic
- Fall garage sale
- NAME day / unfinished project day
- Winter holiday party

Miniatures show & sale
Each summer, we host a Dollhouse and Miniatures Show & Sale in Mason, Ohio. The two-day event features museum-quality miniature exhibits, door prizes, a special “kids only” table, free magazines, and vendors from all over North America.
For more about the Show, visit the MSC Show & Sale page.

Youth workshops
Each year, we host a youth day at the Madeira Library, usually in July. Library staff and MSC members assist children in building a themed kit designed by our members. MSC provides all materials.
Space is limited, and spots fill up within hours. See more about Youth Day here. If you are interested in your child attending, watch for kids’ activities on the library’s website and reserve online (search under Events at Madeira Library: chpl.org/locations/MA/).

Exhibits
In addition to our wonderful exhibits at our annual Show & Sale, our creations have been featured in various displays (check out our Galleries), including:
- Cincinnati Public Library
- Taft Museum
- Cincinnati Art Museum
- Loveland Historical Museum
- Promont Museum
- Sharon Woods Village
- Troy-Hayner Cultural Center
