Convention information
The 2025 NAME National Convention will be held in Cincinnati, Ohio, August 14–17, 2025. The convention hotel is The Westin – Cincinnati, directly south of Fountain Square at 21 East Fifth Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
You must be a NAME member to attend the entire convention; however, you can attend one of the public days without a NAME membership.

Public day
If you are not a NAME member but want to attend the convention, you can attend during the public days (Saturday, August 16th and Sunday, August 17th). You’ll be able to visit the Sales Room, Exhibit Room, and participate in Youth Activities. Either a Day Pass or a Public Day ticket will get you in.
It promises to be a fun day enjoying a mini version of the miniature delights of the Convention! While there, soak up the ambiance of Fountain Square and take a free streetcar ride on the Connector. Come on down!
